About Your Photographer
Hi! My name is Ashley Carr, I am 23 and have a very beautiful and intelligent 2 year old daughter named Shaelyn. I am engaged to be married to my soulmate Brandon in August 2013 and couldn't be happier.
I have been in photography for 7 years now. I started working at Sears Portrait Studio before I even began college. I attended the New England Institute of Art in Brookline, Ma, majoring in Photography. I moved to California in 2008 to be with Brandon. There I worked in many different areas of photograhy. I photographed prechool fashion and school photos. I moved and worked with a company shooting events, family portraits, sports, weddings, you name it. I also did a little real estate photography on the side.
June 4, 2010 I was blessed with a healthy baby girl, Shaelyn Faith Rose. In 2011 we all moved back to Massachusetts. Since being here I have worked back at Sears and as a freelance photographer with New England Sports Photo
Photography has always been a passion of mine. I was always the one with my little disposable camera taking pictures of all my friends and everything we did. I dabbled in modeling for a little bit so I have both been the one behind and in front of the camera. I love to capture people in the moment, those candid photos bring forth true emotion, leaving you with photograhs and memories that will last a lifetime. Capturing lifes precious moments is what I live for.
